Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

Where are your properties located?

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

This place was so adorable!!! We booked the morning of. The location was better than we thought and exactly what we wanted for a quick spring break get away. Literally walking distance to the river and big rocks park. Perfect spot to kayak right across the street from the house. The house itself was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed from the grill to the water hose to clean up our swimming gear. We will definitely rent here again.
