What are your check in & check out times?

Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

Where are your properties located?

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

This was my first time booking an air bnb so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Kason was helpful and responsive with all my questions and quickly remedied any issues I had. There was also a kayak which was not listed - so my son was thrilled! Also the kids finally succeeded in their fishing when I got them some night crawlers- the little jigger things we had brought did not work. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the room darkening shades worked well. Everyone was very happy and comfortable!

We had a quinceañera in Dublin and Stephenville was close. The house was just as described. We had a wonderful time. We did not get to enjoy the backyard or the fire pit, because most of the time we were visiting relatives or going somewhere, but the yard was big and beautiful. We would definitely come back.

We had 10 people in our group that stayed at the 10 Star Ranch. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the pool and the shaded area above part of the pool. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and had lots of seasonings. It was nice that all rooms had their own bathroom. The coffee bar was great. We did lots of fishing. I do wish there was a dock. There is only one place in the area with live bait and unfortunately they were sold out and wouldn't have any more until the day we left. The game room was great to hang out in. We had a awsome time and would definitely stay here again.
