What are your check in & check out times?

Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

Very peaceful place outside of town. The cabin was well stocked and we loved the thoughtfulness of the easy to reach plugs on every bedside table. The cabin is close to the pool so we could hear the other guests especially when outside on the porch. The walk from the parking area to the cabin can be long depending on if you bring your whole life when packing. We noticed this in the instructions and brought a wagon which was very handy.

We had a wonderful stay! The communication from the host was excellent from start to finish — very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The house was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our group. There were so many activities and things to do at the house that everyone stayed entertained and relaxed the entire trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and made for a great getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The house was clean. Beds were comphy. Loved that all bedrooms had easy access tv’s and fans. The outside yard overall in appearance could be spiffed up a bit. Overall. It was fine. Neighborhood was quiet on a Sunday night.

Solid cute hotel in Stephenville! Hot water take a bit to warm up so just beware and don’t panic like I did lol The welcome cookies were super yummy and the location is very convenient. The host is incredibly responsive - overall would stay again :)
