Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do you're vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

Where are your properties located?

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

The house was very nice. Very clean and spacious enough for 6 adults and 1 baby. We would have liked to have had more than 1 bathroom but it wasn’t a problem or a deal breaker for us. I think our only problem with the house was we couldn’t get the heat to work right. It was working but it always seemed cooler than what the temperature was showing and there were a couple of cool nights during our stay. Again, not a deal breaker but the host might want to get it looked at or leave instructions on how to properly operate it because the display was not easy to read. We also discovered that the range hood over the stove didn’t work and it was needed for cooking bacon for breakfast a couple of mornings. But we improvised and just opened the door to the outside. Again, not a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable and all of the linens and towels were in pristine condition and very clean. Decor added a homey feel and certainly fit the theme of the area being the “Cowboy Capitol of the World “.

We were in town for an event at Tarleton State University. This location was perfect for this, really close. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfy, all was well stocked and clean. There was plenty to do in the house, and also a lot of fun options within minutes of the house. The backyard was a great place to hang out, nice and open and fun yard games. We would definitely stay here again.
