Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

Where are your properties located?

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

We loved the house and property. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The backyard and game room were a bonus for cooking out and celebrating our son's birthday. There isn't one thing we could complain about. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of parking too!

What a great place! was super easy to get to, parking lot was huge for the property! Checkin was super easy, and explained well. It's def a unique property! Its literally an old home and you walk right through the kitchen to get to your room. but Jason has done a great job making it welcoming and cozy. I was worried I was going to hear other people because it's all older wooden floors, but I only heard other people one time as they were leaving in the morning. Very comfy bed and the bathroom is plenty big for two people to be getting ready at the same time. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
