What are your check in & check out times?

Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

We loved our stay at the lake house! Our son loved the paddle boat and the kayak along with fishing. Be sure to bring your poles if you like to fish. We caught perch, bass, and drum fish. It was so much fun. It’s very close to downtown grandbury and glen rose making it easy to travel. The listing had everything mentioned and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful BNB! Kason was very prompt at communicating instructions for seemless entry and always quick to answer any questions! His mom Kim actually met me at the door to showed me to my room. She also was very accommodating and even made sure I had no issues with door codes. The wifi worked great, the room was very comfortable, they provided coffee, bottled water and a few treats! 10/10 would recommend and I would stay here again!
