The Lake Lot is our newest Lake Granbury property, a private waterfront escape with two tiny homes and your own two-story dock on an open-water cove off the main lake. Both homes are yours, plus the lawn, the grill, and the dock. Swim, fish, and watch the sunset right from your own deck, just minutes from the Historic Granbury Square.

Wake up on the water at The Lake Lot, our newest Lake Granbury property and a private waterfront escape with two tiny homes, a big green lawn, and your own two-story dock on an open-water cove that opens right onto the main lake. This is not a skinny back channel that barely counts as lakefront. You get wide water, room to swim, and a front-row seat for the sunset.

Two homes on one lot means your whole group stays together with plenty of room to spread out, and the entire property is yours alone. Perfect for family lake weekends, multi-couple trips, fishing getaways, or anyone who wants real waterfront without giving up comfort.

Each tiny home is bright and beautifully finished with vaulted wood-plank ceilings, a smart TV, a comfortable living room, a full little kitchen, a walk-in shower, and a covered front porch. Down at the water, the dock is the whole reason you came: a covered upper deck built for hanging out, sun loungers, a drinks fridge, string lights, and a lower dock with a swim ladder straight into the lake.

You're also close to everything that makes Granbury a great lake weekend, from the Historic Granbury Square with its shops, restaurants, and live music to boating, fishing, and swimming right out your door.

Our grandson wanted a family getaway with a fishing dock for his 18th Birthday. 7 of us stayed in the 2 tiny houses. Everything was great. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen had everything we needed. Front porch was peaceful and comfortable. We had other family join us for one day and enjoyed swimming, fishing and family time on the upper deck. We caught about 20 fish. Channel Cat, Drum, Bass, and Crappie. We would definayely stay here again. Thanks Kason!
