Our Check in time is 3pm. Our check out time is 10am.

Do your rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rental homes apart from the boutique hotel rooms have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing, but all are equipped with the basics!

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests and our beds are professionally cleaned and made for each stay.

Do youre vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Most of them are pet freindly, excluding the hotel rooms. Reach out to us if you are unsure on a property. Be sure to check the "Pets" option at checkout.

Where are your properties located?

The majority are located in Stephenville, TX. We also have some in Granbury, and Glen Rose Texas.

We currently manage properties in Stephenville, Granbury, and Glen Rose, Texas. If your property is in a nearby area, reach out and we'll let you know if we can help.

How quickly can you get my property listed?

It depends on where your property currently stands and what still needs to be done to make it rent-ready. Typically we're live within 30 days, but that timeline can be shorter or longer depending on furnishing, photography, and any prep work needed. We'll give you a realistic estimate during the property walkthrough.

How do you handle maintenance issues?

We have a trusted network of local vendors and handle routine maintenance coordination on your behalf. You'll always be notified before any work is approved above a set threshold.

When do owners get paid?

Owner payouts are processed monthly with a detailed statement showing bookings, revenue, fees, and any expenses. You always know exactly where your money went.

Do I need to furnish my property before onboarding?

If your property isn't furnished yet, we can advise on what's needed and connect you with resources to get it guest-ready. We'll walk through this during the property evaluation.
