Step outside to a huge, fenced backyard featuring a gas fire pit with Adirondack seating, string lights, gas grill, oversized Connect 4, cornhole, soccer goal, and even a roping dummy — the ultimate setup for game night or starlit BBQs. The game room includes a 3-in-1 table (pool, ping pong, air hockey), dart board, board games, oversized Jenga, and bar-height seating.

We had a wonderful stay! The communication from the host was excellent from start to finish — very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The house was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our group. There were so many activities and things to do at the house that everyone stayed entertained and relaxed the entire trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and made for a great getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Enjoyed the Stephenville and Tarleton photos and stories on the walls. Also the painted murals on walls were unique and added to the regional theme. The big plus for us was the huge back yard with soccer goal and other activities and the indoor game area with pool table, darts etc.

We loved the house and property. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The backyard and game room were a bonus for cooking out and celebrating our son's birthday. There isn't one thing we could complain about. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of parking too!
