Welcome to 10 Star Ranch, a private Texas estate on a working cattle and horse ranch just outside Stephenville. Two full houses, 8,600 square feet between them, a resort pool, a private stocked lake, and a game room that actually delivers. If your group has been looking for somewhere to put sixteen people without anyone sleeping on a floor, this is it.
The 7,400 sq ft main house sleeps 10 across four bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, plus a sunroom with a pull-out Queen. Next door, the self-contained 1,200 sq ft cottage sleeps 6 more in a king bedroom and a four-twin bunk room, each with its own ensuite bath. Six bedrooms total, every one with a private bathroom. Nobody waits in line.
The game room is the kind you don't forget: full-size pool table, air hockey, foosball, a poker table with felt and chips, a classic jukebox loaded with 60+ CDs, oversized bean bags, and a massive Smart TV. Whether it's a movie night or a tournament, this room runs itself.
Step outside to a resort-style pool with a dedicated kids' area and volleyball net. The outdoor bar has its own roof and is fully set up with a refrigerator and gas grill, built for groups who like to gather, eat well, and stay up late. The massive open-air back patio features a fire pit,

Our family had such a great time at the property. The game room was a huge hit with everyone, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool area and relaxing on the beautiful patio. There was plenty of space for everyone to have fun, spend time together, and just enjoy being away from home. The property was even better in person, and it was the perfect place for a family getaway. We made some great memories here and would definitely stay again. Kason was a very friendly and understanding host that responded very quickly throughout our entire stay. The house is beautiful and spacious for large groups. We especially loved the game room with a pool table, working jukebox (very cool), foosball, and more. The outdoor space was also amazing with a very clean pool and huge patio area great for grilling and stargazing. I could not recommend this place more!
