The property sits within a larger active Texas cattle and horse ranch. Guests may occasionally see ranch hands, horses, or other ranch activity in the distance. Guests are kindly asked to enjoy their designated rental area and not approach or interact with any animals or ranch staff beyond the rental space. It adds to the authentic Texas experience.

Covered carport plus a large gravel lot with plenty of room for large groups, multiple vehicles, trailers, and trucks.
